  23. I had the same problem with mine.  Not only would it jump into the
  24. monitor often (even when the computer was just sitting there doing
  25. nothing), it would sometimes go into a frenzy, just printing random
  26. junk on the screen, characters, control codes, etc, as if I had loaded
  27. a ml program as basic and tried to list it, except it would keep going
  28. until I hit the reset button (holding down the c= key to go into the
  29. monitor).  Turned out that the power supply was putting out the right
  30. voltage, but was about 200 mw low on power.  A new power supply made
  31. this strange and unpleasant problem go away.
